Shipping policy

At MONOXIDE we have a 7 day production time as we make the pieces in the studio. Orders will get shipped out 7-14 days after purchase. Please allow a few extra days for your purchase to arrive due to COVID-19.

*Please keep in mind that once your package has been sent to the post office we have no more control over them. Please choose a shipping method that works for you as not all shipping options come with a tracking number. We are not responsible for tracking a package that was purchased without a shipping number.

 

Regular Shipping within Canada:

The delivery standard for regular mail sent inside Canada is:

-Two business days for local mail

-Three business days within the province 

-Four business days for national mail.

Regular Mail to the U.S.A:

The deliver standard for mail sent to the US from Canada is 5-10 business days

If you wish to have a tracked order please choose a shipping method which allows for that at checkout as we are not responsible for tracking orders that were not purchased with a packing number.

The delivery standard for mail sent internationally excluding the US is 15 business days
